What We Know
- You have to relax and let go to reach Super-O. Another way to put it is you have to feel into your sensations. Whatever the case, you can’t force it. Forcing it doesn’t work.
- Be cautious about using pleasure as a guide. It can lead you to push too hard and get attached to your sensations making it hard to let go and relax.
- Arousal-driven pleasure feels different from stimulation-driven pleasure, and it’s important to recognize the two as different. It’s arousal that builds and builds, and because you can create it without any tension at all, it doesn’t create a pleasure trap like you can get from stimulation-driven pleasure.
- You have to nurture the feeling of arousal to make it more intense and tangible. This is done by focusing your attention on those feelings, the way you might with an acquired taste.
OK. We’re there.
We’ve covered the Deadly Sins. We’ve covered the Pleasure Principles. We’ve understand acquired tastes and the differences between seekers and chasers.
And that means we now know a good bit about how traction works.
So let me start by sharing the Supercharger Model to put things together. This is the model I teach in my trainings to help people methodically work towards the Super-O. I’ll also show you The Pleasure Shift Technique, which is a really easy (but very effective) way to rewire your body.
Breaking Down the Supercharger Model
It all comes down to these three elements: the Pump, the Battery, and the Pipe.
Let’s look at each one.
The Pump
The Pump is any form of stimulation-driven pleasure. It can be squeezing your PC to rub a toy against your prostate. It can be squeezing your PC without a toy. Or even thought alone. Or rubbing your nipples. Light penile stimulation. Even fantasy can (sort of) be a pump.
Overall, it’s fairly straightforward.
It’s just a direct form of pleasure, but do remember the pump isn’t one thing. You can have multiple pumps going on, and most people do.
Also, don’t forget about the Pleasure Trap. When you rely solely on stimulation-driven pleasure, it’s very easy to get stuck in a place where you rely on tension to create pleasure, and tension will only get in the way.
Fortunately, we know we don’t have to rely on just Pumps to create pleasure.
Instead, as we talked about, we can use the Pump to build the Battery.
The Battery
The Battery is the feeling of arousal I talked about. The sensations in the battery can range from light and soft to overpowering bliss. At first, it usually feels vague, but the more you develop it, the more tactile and powerful the sensations become.
The Battery is where the energy builds.
And once you’ve learned to connect the Pump to the Battery (through the Pipe), energy will keep growing there until it finally spills over and you climax.
If you’re skilled, you can learn to move the energy out of the Battery, to expand the sensation and create more pleasure throughout your body.
Remember. Even though the Battery is a metaphor, it’s also an actual area of the body.
Specifically, it’s located in your pelvic floor, and more specifically, your perineum. This is important because we need to know where to place our attention to use the Pleasure Shift Technique.
As you develop the Battery more, you’ll find that even light tension in the pelvic floor becomes quite pleasurable.
Building the Battery
There are two ways to build the Battery.
The first is by using certain attention exercises like meditation and breath work and pairing them with the right physical exercises to increase circulation and blood flow. None of these are sexual in nature, but they can build the Battery nonetheless.
The second way to build the Battery is like an acquired taste.
As we know, the echo is a secondary sensation you feel in response to any form of stimulation. As you also know, whenever you point your attention somewhere, it solidifies and intensifies that feeling over time. The Pleasure Shift Technique takes advantage of both of these facts.
In a second, I’ll break down the exact steps, but a few quick notes, first:
- Not all people are the same. For some people, things just happen. Their bodies are naturally able to orgasm without any Battery or Pump building.
- With that said, for most people the echo is very faint at first. Finding it might even feel like an exercise in imagination. But this is super important to know: It absolutely isn’t. You have to actually feel what’s happening. Don’t just imagine it. Your body can only control what it can feel.
You’re not trying to use your mind to create a feeling in your body. You’re trying to identify a feeling that’s already there so you can learn to control it. If imagination is the best you can do at first, start with that. But don’t stay with that. Focus on observing your own body - I’m assuming you’re using a toy. Technically you don’t need to, but if you are using one, you’ll need to be rewired enough to have built some form of a Pump. In other words, you should feel pleasure when you use the toy. If you’re not, then work on that first.
OK. Onward.
The Pleasure Shift Technique
There isn’t much to these instructions, but don’t let it fool you.
This is mega-powerful. It’s possible to climax using this technique alone. It does take some practice, but fortunately, along the way, it will also enhance your sessions before you get to the finish line.
The key is all in how you do it.
The more deeply you can calm your body, sense what you feel, and let go of your mind, the more intense and effective the Pleasure Shift Technique is.
OK. Here are the steps:
- Squeeze your PC and/or sphincter with a toy inside. Stay relaxed enough so the feeling doesn’t overwhelm your ability to focus on other sensations, but squeeze strongly enough so it feels good. Be careful not to get attached and squeeze harder and harder.
- Bring your attention to your perineum instead of your prostate. As much as possible, get out of your head and really place your mind in your pelvic floor.
- Notice the sensations you feel in the area. If it’s not easy to recognize, try to describe what you’re feeling to yourself and mentally “zoom in” to the area as much as you can. The more focused you are, the more it will help you get clear on the sensations over time.
If, on the other hand, you’re at a point where the sensations are easy to recognize, then focus on sinking deeper into the feeling. Try to notice something you haven’t already noticed or find out what mental state lets you expand how it feels. For me, one thing that helps is picturing time as if it were stretching out. Find your own thing.
In all cases, don’t force it or rush anything. Just accept whatever happens. If sensation wanes, trust that it will return. It usually does. If you want to take a break and try again another time, that’s fine too. This isn’t a test. There is no pressure.
And there you have it.
Were you expecting more? If so, trust me when I say it isn’t necessary.
When it comes down to it, it’s all about learning to see more inside of you.
Master this, and everything else falls in line.
With practice, the echo in your pelvic floor will get louder and louder. It might feel like a bit taught, as if there were a rubber band there being pulled. It might also feel like heat or energy. It shows up in different ways for different people at different times.
Whatever you feel, the more you do it, the better it gets. So just wash, rinse, and repeat.
As you get more advanced, you can also layer in energy movements and breath techniques from other disciplines to expand the sensations even more.
Building the Pipe
The Pipe is the connection between the Battery and the Pump.
Unlike the Battery and the Pump, which are physiological, the Pipe is more of a concept. In fact, just by using the Pleasure Shift Technique, you’ll naturally build the pipe.
So why talk about it at all?
Mostly because it helps us get clear on things.
Even though using the Pleasure Shift Technique will build the pipe, meaning you might not have to worry about it, there are other ways to build the Battery that might not build the Pipe, so you want to be aware of it.
Also, if you develop multiple Pumps, you have to make sure each one connects to the Battery.
If you find that there’s a stimuli that you haven’t connected to the Battery, just use the Pleasure Shift technique to establish the pipe.
Understanding the Pipe helps you know everything is working as it should be. It lets you know what to work on. It lets you troubleshoot. And it helps you see the bigger picture so you don’t have to just throw things out there and hope things stick.
Putting It All Together
I want to be clear that though I know this model works, it’s not the only way to do things.
How do I know it works?
Because I didn’t invent these ideas. All I did was put them together. They come from Tantra, Qigong, Pranayama, neuroscience, mindfulness, and a gazillion shared experiences dotting the internet landscape. They’ve been tested time and time again in multiple cultures and disciplines.
And, of course, because I’ve used them myself.
But to an extent, you can mix and match and use other techniques. Just a word of caution: It is wholly possible to do things wrong. The body doesn’t really discriminate about good and bad. It just learns by way of repetition and enforcement.
In fact, bad habits are easier to establish than good ones.
So be sure to stay consistent with all the principles we’ve talked about. That’s why I laid them all out. The body is a twisty and turny sort of thing, and prostate orgasms are ridiculously abstract, so it’s easy to go off course. But if you know how to see “into” your body, it will keep you moving the right way.
And with all of this said, let’s take a big step back.
The Truth of It All
When it comes down to it, there’s one central idea that is absolutely essential to understand, no matter what model you use:
Your body isn’t a machine.
I know I’ve hammered this, but in this culture, we love thinking of the body that way, so we get frustrated when results vary, things seem unpredictable, and recipes don’t work.
You have to know:
- You won’t always get the same results doing the same thing. I mean, just look at athletes or musicians. They practice the same movements over and over endlessly, and they can’t even replicate their actions perfectly.
- Chasing tip after tip after tip can lead to one dead end after another even when the tips are right. Context matters more than formulas.
- How things feel now won’t be the same as how things feel later, which, by extension, means what doesn’t work now, might work later, which, by further extension means what you think you know can be deceptive. Always keep a seeker mindset.
- Your level of focus, attention, and willingness to learn about your own body is the biggest part of your success.
I have nothing against step-by-step instructions. Recipes are great, too. Both can get the ball rolling. For some, they even get you to the finish line.
But if that’s not you, and you’re stuck in the middle of it all, there’s a good chance paint-by-number instructions aren’t enough, and you’ll need to settle in.
You hear other people’s stories, and it’s soooo tempting to think that results are right around the corner.
But then things don’t happen like you expect, and you’re wondering what’s missing. Doubting if anything works. And pretty soon, you get so obsessed with getting to the finish line that, ironically, you can’t focus on the present which stops you from getting to the “finish line.”
And lemme tell ya: I am the poster boy for the chaser mindset.
So I get it.
That’s why I know everything I know. Massive, constant failure.
So you absolutely must be kind to yourself.
All activities require new neural connections. All activities take time. No need to rush, as long as you’re on the path.
As a Southwest flight attendant once told me, remember, wherever you are, you’re there. There’s really no way around it, so you may as well enjoy it.
The Truth In It All Part Deux
OK. One more thing. This one statement: The practice is the result.
Repeat it in your head.
Do it. Really.
What it means is goal-oriented, quick-fix thinking will actually slow you down.
What it means is that the point of each session isn’t to climax or hit the Super-O or orgasm. The point is to prime your body, so it’s a little more ready the next time you give it a go.
If you practice in a way that makes your body more receptive and more sensitive, while making your mind calmer and more aware, you’ll get where you want to go. If you focus on building the Battery, refining the Pump, and make sure you’ve connected them with Pipes, you’ll get there.
Don’t worry about the rest.
What you’ll eventually see is there are all sorts of ways to get to the result you want.
Better yet, there are all sorts of flavors of orgasms. Each of which will surprise you, blow you away, and create their own form of bliss.
Your body knows how to do what it does.
But you have to learn to feel it and hear it. Then it will give you everything you want.
The practice is the result…
The practice is the result…
The practice is the result…
When you make the point of each session to make the next session better, your world changes.
Wait. Is That It? Is There More?
Well, sort of. There’s a tiny bit more.
I built the Supercharger Model out of necessity for an audience of one: Me.
I never would have imagined I would teach it to anyone else. I just needed a way to wrap my head around the whole prostate orgasm thing, because I found it so ridiculously hard to get good information on the subject.
But as the pieces started to come together, I realized what a remarkable journey it is.
Prostate play isn’t just about orgasms and pleasure. It’s really a path to understanding your body in a way most people never do.
We live in a world that’s constantly screaming for attention. An unending, full-blast, volume 11 level of distraction. And escape is nice. But being able to spend some time in your own body and really feel something is even better. Especially now.
Everyone talks about being present.
But, seriously, how many people actually take the time to do it?
And when you’re talking about Super-Os and such, it’s also a helluva ride, too.
The point is, it’s something special.
And, yes, there is more learning to be had. Plenty more, in fact.
Like I said from the very start, I didn’t hold back in any of this. I gave you the whole model. And you can take this and run with it. But if you’re looking to make it happen a little easier and a little faster, there are walkthroughs and guided sessions I can help with.
Interested? If so…
